As many of our customers are aware, this summer we have had two horrible family tragedies occur. We love our customers and we love what we do but our family will always come first. Having to deal with the events of the last weeks has definitely slowed us down and is going to increase our already long turnaround time.
We have always tried to be honest and upfront with where we are, and what is going on. At this time, we have no idea.
We will continue to do what we can to finish your projects as soon as possible, but we don’t know how long that will take. IF YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PROJECT BACK, AND CANNOT WAIT, WE UNDERSTAND. PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL DISCUSS OPTIONS. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING, BUT WE CAN SEND YOUR PROJECTS BACK.
At this time we cannot guarantee we’ll get Christmas Deadline orders finished in time for Christmas delivery. We will try our best, but our family currently has priority.
We hope, and know, most of you will understand.
Please don’t feel obligated to keep your projects in queue. We know they are important to you.
